The food was quite tasty. However, I really miss the Tomahawk steak and hope it returns once the renovations from the fire damage are complete. The customer service was exceptional. We often feel anxious about taking our kids out since they can be loud, but the staff here did a great job of engaging with them through coloring and conversation, which helped keep them calm. Thank you all!

The food is delicious, and I really appreciated how helpful the staff was with my allergy concerns. However, there aren’t many options on the menu that accommodate autoimmune issues. If I were to return, I would likely have to order the same dish, which is a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend—provided they don’t have the same dietary restrictions as I do.

Absolutely the best date night ever! I want to begin by expressing my gratitude to the Citizen Rail team for fulfilling my request to sit next to my date. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was flawless.

Amazing food! Service was bit slow and part of our order was completely forgotten but seriously, the quality of the food was wonderful!

Food is unique, flavorful and high-quality. Ate here for brunch. Mimosas for the table was perfect for 3 people (nice champagne provided). The shakshuka, chilaquiles, Dutch baby pancake, and side of potatoes were so incredible, we ordered 2 orders of each dish (again) via room service the following morning.Food: 5/5
