Fuel Cafe - Denver

I had a fantastic first experience at this restaurant. My steak was outstanding, and my partner really enjoyed the gnocchi. The appetizer and dessert were both incredibly tasty and beautifully presented. We will definitely be coming back!

Here during a trip to Colorado, when it was finally nice enough to sit outside on a terrace and enjoy me. I never had green Chile before I came to Colorado, had no idea it was so popular here. But I can see why after the green Chile Tacos here. They were among the best I ever had (and some of the few I had completely sober). Green Chile brings so much to both spicy and sweet. It was certainly a new experience. Also the combination cookie for the desert, that was a oatmeal cookie with walnuts and chocolate chips. Sure it's nothing spectacular, but it was delicious in itself.

Caught brunch at Fuel while in Denver on vacation... I'm almost 500 miles away now and its been 3 days but all I can think about is their Eggs Benedict. I never write reviews about anything but this was hands down, the best meal I’ve ever eaten!!! I am certainly going to work in another visit while I’m visiting next time!!!!

Wow! Today, I attended my first industrial wine tasting at Village West Liquor, and it was a delightful experience. I live just a mile away, but I had never heard of this place before. Although it’s not in a particularly noticeable location, I doubt I would have found this restaurant by chance. The food was OUTSTANDING! It was delicious and paired excellently with the Zuccardi wines. I'm not usually a fan of desserts, but the chocolate dish was pleasantly bitter and very satisfying. I appreciated that they didn’t overdo the sugar. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bob, the owner and chef. He truly has a passion for what he does, and it definitely shows. I will absolutely be returning, and I hope others take note of this hidden gem.

This quaint restaurant truly offers both quality and a charming atmosphere! Nestled in a somewhat hidden spot within an industrial area of Denver, it's definitely worth the search amidst the condos and urban amenities nearby. The ingredients were fresh, and the recipes, while simple, delivered an abundance of vibrant flavors. I can't wait to return soon!
