J's Noodles Star Thai - Denver

Authentic and decently priced. There's only one chef and one waitress so it can take a while, but they let you know how long it will take and it is always worth the wait. Best Thai food in Denver for sure.

I could never run out of good things to say about this place. From the kindness of the owner to the quality of the food — everything here is just wonderful. Portions are huge and the price is unbeatable. The spice is always just right!

J's Noodles is run by two individuals, and it is open for only a couple of hours for each meal period (lunch, dinner). I dined for dinner and had to wait an hour for food, but they were upfront about how busy the kitchen was and the wait. Overall, I think their food is super authentic, very well priced, AND of quality. The challenge is going to be if they are able to take your order for the day. I'd definitely go back for the tom yum and pad kee mow.
