I always forget to take pictures because I can't resist diving into the dishes right away. The flavors are a delight! Here are some updated photos: Pad Thai with extra veggies and dumplings (which are really delicious).
Jay is fantastic! I've been visiting this place since 2012 when I was in college, and since then, Jay has taken over the food stand that his mother used to manage. The food is consistently excellent—some of the best Thai cuisine you'll find in Colorado. There is one downside: Jay and Chef Tommy (I believe that's his name) are the only ones running the stand, and they prepare everything from scratch, so it can take some time to receive your order. I tend to be quite impatient, and usually think waiting 45 minutes to an hour for a meal is excessive. However, I make an exception for Jay. Not only is his food outstanding, but he is also a wonderful person. He always wears a smile and engages in funny, interesting conversations. If you're not familiar with Thai spice levels and love spicy food, I recommend starting one level lower than what you think you want and gradually working your way up. Do yourself a favor and check out this incredible guy's food!
Honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve found, and I’ve been to Thailand. Everything on the menu is cook to perfection. It’s a work of art and you won’t be disappointed.
Best Pad Thai in Denver, and it’s not even close. Other fantastic dishes as well like Pad See Ew. Great prices (cash only). Great people. If there’s a line, it might take awhile. But it’s worth the wait.
Very good Pad Thai. Big portion and value for its price. I would buy at this place again but definitely try another dish next time :
