Little Carmine’s - Denver

Eagerly awaiting lil carmines to re-open. The chicken salad sandwich is to die for! I see that the hang up is low staffing but I haven’t seen any signs for hiring. I’ve never worked in the biz before but would gladly work the cash register. Bring back the Sammies!

I recently visited a quiet and cozy café that offers authentic Italian sandwiches, soups, and salads. The service was quick and friendly, and the portion sizes were quite large - my Jersey Hoagie was so piled high that I had to take half of it to go. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Without a doubt the best sandwich place in Denver. The bread is fresh, the fillings top quality and the condiments traditional Italian. My only problem is I only found it a week before I leave Denver.

The hot sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic! I especially enjoyed the eggplant parmesan. Parking is limited, so make sure to visit Little Carmines instead of the main Carmines on Penn next door.
