Mermaids Bakery - Denver

I visited the city to celebrate a friend's birthday, and ordered from here a week before. You did a great job on the cake. It was nice and delicious. They also delivered it to our hotel. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the cake. Thank you to the friendly staff for everything. The birthday boy was very happy.

OMG so good! My kids bought me the chocolate mousse cake for my birthday and it was great. The chocolate cake was moist, light and fluffy and dry. It had a rich chocolate taste while not too sweet at the same time. The Swiss coin was perfection. Silky smooth and buttery. Thick and ultra creamy.

A dozen assorted cupcakes brought to the office. Everyone loved her so much! Great flavors and the icing were not too sweet. I'm back for more. Thanks Mermaids Bakery!

- AAZING! Literally the most amazing cupcakes EVER! Not too small, not too big. Perfect amount of the most delicious freezing I've ever had in my life. I had a dozen mix of cupcakes, the white cake with wrinkles so delicious. Seriously, this place makes it right!

Very beautiful custom cake! The cake itself was funfetti and really tasty, but the frosting was near inedible. The frosting had little to no taste and was very very firm, almost like it had too much butter or was over churned. However the cake itself was good and pretty just what we requested.
