Nonna's Chicago Bistro - Denver

First timer and the food was amazing! My husband didn't like the crab cakes to fish stick like for him but everything else was delicious and I'm already planning what to try next

My wife and I used to love coming here for date nights. We now live in Oregon but recently came back for work over a weekend. Nona’s was the highlight of the trip. The mushroom appetizer, lasagna and ravioli are as good if not better than we remember, and the Nona’s special coffee and tiramisu are as amazing as we had remembered. Wonderful staff, relaxing and welcoming ambiance, the best restaurant in Denver. We can’t wait to come back.

What a lovely dinner the minestrone soup was full of delicious and varied vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection and it came out hot. There was plenty of it too. The bread was just as good, great combination of oil and cheese. I had the chicken florentine and it was quite good. Chicken was tender, sauce was good and just the right amount, lots of noodles. I got the toffee lava cake for dessert and that was my favorite of all. Oh my goodness it was so wonderful, definitely get it if you like cake, chocolate, or toffee. Go early, around 5 or 5:30pm, or make a reservation, if you don't want to wait. They also do take out which is something I'd like to try. Staff was great, it was a nice relaxing evening with delicious food.

Atmosphere and music is relaxing. We enjoyed the food. I had chicken Parm.and hubby had the spaghetti and meatballs! It was delicious.

Great service, great food! We were welcomed by the gracious owner and made to feel right at home! I really enjoyed how they don't rush your meal. Time to talk and let the food settle makes it much more enjoyable. The madd pasta was a hit and the calamari was a wonderful starter. Fresh and delicious salad and bread. Taking dessert to go. Trying the limoncello cake! It looks divine!
