Qdoba Mexican Eats - Denver

This restaurant is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is well prepared, other times it seems thrown together. It's okay for a quick meal when nothing else is available, but the quality depends on the person behind the counter. I went over the weekend and while I understand scrimping on meat, the server skimped on toppings like cilantro and cheese. I had to ask for more, which should have been given in the first place. Overall, the dining experience at this place relies solely on the person preparing the food.

We were unable to place an order at this restaurant. One of the staff members came out to clean the counter of old food before preparing our lunch, and they wiped it down with a dirty and wet sponge, contaminating our food cans and spilling water into the boxes of food. I would not recommend dining here. We decided to leave.

Every time I go, I only command one side of queso and it's another price every time. 5 times it was 2¢s then it was 4something now it is 5.53 no chips just the queen. I'm waiting for the series and very polite. I hope you have a great day.

We ordered a make your own burrito and nachos. The nachos came out great, however, the burrito was placed in a bowl and there were no tortillas with the order. When we went in, there was a gentleman who was starting an argument with the employees that made it very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if we would want to continue ordering from here.
