Qdoba Mexican Eats - Denver

It was late at night, and it was evident that the staff were eager to wrap up their shifts. They used the same gloves that had handled the cash register, and they had them on before we arrived. The food was just okay.

I had one of the worst experiences at Qdoba, which is usually a place I enjoy. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the restaurant was disorganized and messy. The only standard being upheld seemed to be the refusal to serve avocado. They were out of guacamole, and when I asked if I could get some avocado from the over 50 avocados sitting in a bowl, I was told by a rather unfriendly woman, whom I assume was the manager, that avocado wasn't on the menu. I would definitely recommend going to another location—this one needs some time to clean up and restock.

This is definitely the worst QDOBA in Denver! I usually order a chicken or meatless quesadilla for pickup, and they always include no more than three small chunks of chicken or a very tiny amount of the meatless option. I’ve also ordered guacamole on the side, and at least twice, it was served brown instead of green. The most frustrating part is that I’ve been the only customer in line, and they still wouldn’t acknowledge me or ask for my order. This has happened several times. After so many disappointing experiences, whether ordering online or visiting in person, I’ve finally decided to write this review because I have no intention of returning. I can’t speak for the other locations, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this one on 17th Ave.

Absolute WORST experience at any QDOBA I’ve been to. The food was dry, quesadilla was burnt, guacamole wasn’t even half filled, kids cups didn’t have lids or straws, and the restaurant was a mess even though they had only been open about an hour. The floor was sticky and most of the tables filthy. Don’t waste your money at this location.

This location is open late until 11Pm. that is great because not many take out option that are still open at that time
