Smashburger - Denver

First time to a Smash Burger. The burger, fries and shake were perfect. Glad we opted for a burger and shake. Can't go without mentioning the kid that was taking food to the tables. He was hustling and did a great job. His quality assurance was spot on making sure everyone had what they ordered and we're satisfied with their order. Can't go without mentioning him!

Amazing burgers and sides! They were obviously short staffed but the staff that was there were working above and beyond to take care of customers. Highly recommend!

Few months ago I got lost in Denver and and had to wait for my dad to pick me up (laugh all you want) and went to this subterranean smash burger. They made me comfortable and the food was great. Really enjoyed my time there.

I want to start off by saying every time I go into this location I have been impressed with both the customer service and food. However, today I was absolutely blown away by my experience. Octavio (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) has the best customer service I have ever seen period. He was extremely patient and kind with not only me but every customer I saw him interact with, and he did it all in a packed restaurant while assisting with multiple tasks. If anyone from Smashburger reads my review please please please give this young man a raise, he is clearly a asset to your team and as someone who has spent the last 5 years working in retail/sales (and prior to that ~10 years in the restaurant industry) I will tell you ANYONE would be more than happy to have someone like him on their team!

Hadn't ever been to a smash burger before. Was a really great burger and fries. Also enjoyed the chocolate shake I got. The crew were very polite to all the customers that came and went during my visit.
