Feedback gevenThen, she informed me that they didn’t have any butter for the pretzel, so I couldn’t get that, but she suggested I replace it with a cookie instead. As she made my sub, she mistakenly added onions, despite my request to leave them out in the app. The most concerning moment came when she was preparing the cookie: she sneezed twice without covering her face. Obviously, I opted not to eat the cookie after that. The only reason I gave this experience two stars instead of one is that an older lady working nearby offered me a free drink due to the 15 to 20-minute wait.
I arrived at 9:00 PM, and while I know they close at 9:30, I had significant problems with my order. All of the toppings were incorrect, and everything had been left in the toaster for far too long. If I could have, I would have returned all three items.
My food was ice cold in the middle, so I had to reheat it, even though I live just two minutes away. The staff was friendly, and everything else was fine.
Two staff more interested in talking then working. Very disrespectful and all vegetables were old and wilted. Restaurant was dirty and the tables had trash and not wiped down . Will not return
I asked for information on how to order through the app, to take advantage of the promotions, and the response was: “I have no idea how to use that.” I think they should be more attentive to customers.
