Feedback gevenThe restaurant offers a great selection of customizable salads, which is fantastic. However, I wish they included fewer "hipster" vegetables and more practical options, such as olives (both black and green), corn, and peas. It would have been a nice touch if they had tuna as a protein option as well. On the bright side, the pesto dressing was delicious! Unfortunately, I had to take off a star because at 3 PM, when it wasn't exactly peak time, every table in the dining area was dirty.
I ordered the same items yesterday and again today from Sweet Green on Wewatta Street in Denver, Colorado. Unfortunately, my order was missing several items, including broccoli and quinoa, and the portions were very small. As a business owner myself, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. The inconsistency is unacceptable.
Sweetgreen is amazing! The staff is even better! Kaylen, the manager, is fantastic! I might have misspelled her name, but she is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I had an excellent experience!

The food was good, but I was turned off by the customer service. It was our first time visiting this establishment, and we didn?t quite understand the ordering process. We were initially in the right place to order?with no one there to assist. We then moved up further in the line?only to be told that ordering started where we were initially standing. Of course, we then had to wait behind people that came in after. The staff were like robots?no eye contact and couldn?t have cared less that you were there. A lady in front of me spilled her drink by accident, and the staff watched her clean it up?and rudely held her food order out as the customer was on her hands and knees cleaning up the spill. I asked the staff member if that was my order, and she said ?No, it?s hers?. It was uncomfortable to watch? I worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I?m just amazed at how some people treat customers. I totally understand some customers deserve to be treated bad (get what you give), but this was not the case. It was just very unwelcoming. I?d never go back. I just like a simple welcome and thank you?not be dismissed and watch others be treated as an inconvenience. It?s what it felt like. Just my opinion.
