Feedback gevenThis restaurant is located in the lobby near the entrance. I didn't notice it at first. We waited in line before heading to the restaurant and to my disappointment, it was closed. This is a major issue. I enjoy Taco Bell, but it would be great to have another food option in the lobby.
I can't believe I bothered to write a review for this restaurant when I know they won't listen to feedback or make any improvements. I waited in a long line at the drive-thru for 25 minutes only to receive the wrong order with no napkins or sauces. The manager seemed more interested in chatting with a friend than addressing my complaint. It was a frustrating experience with no resolution in sight.
The food at this restaurant is typically well-prepared. However, the wait in line was unusually long during my last visit. I ended up standing in line for 15 minutes without any progress, so I decided to leave and come back later. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to staff shortage. They need to improve their organization.
This place is always messing. I have a nacho friend today, and they gave me no cheese, and when I went back, the girl hired me after I asked if they could give me a drink for inconvenience. bad customer service and very unprofessional all around
Not so often, maybe once every year, I’ll get an irresistible craving for two Steak Chalupas with a crunch taco and some fire sauce on the side. And that is exactly what happened almost a year ago. So I pull up to order my number 6 and wait in the permanent line they have there. Which is where my confusion begins. See, the first time I went I asked them specifically for no cheese or sour cream because I really don’t believe these ingredients belong on a taco, but their Dorrito flavored tacos are a crowd favorite, so who am I to say what belongs where? I finally get my bag and there is sour cream cheese on the taco. As an introvert, I never really want to park my car, get out and walk into the facility to ask them to remake my taco. So I ate it but I was never quite happy because of that. I’m a nice guy, so I decide to try my luck a second time the very next day, and the same thing happens. It’s been almost a year and I have a feeling I’ll get that craving sometime soon. I hope that this review will make it just in time for the owner to realize that they need to pay their employees more in order for them to be successful at their job.
