Everything we ordered was delicious: pork pliers, Osso-Bucco, meatballs. the rolls were fantastic. but, like others, the price seemed not to correlate to the actual portion. $16 for five little meatballs? $22 for six tortellini in broth? the menu is small; I would like to see it expand. it is a convenient location for events in dcpa.
Our server knew his customers. he was personally, friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. he didn't rush us at all. eating was really good with some surprising and tasty flavor combinations. my friend and I ordered three starters and two desserts between us. we were satisfied and not overcrowded, so we felt comfortable when we went to the theater. the chef came out and said hello, and I liked his creation to serve something new, fill and tasty.
The service was so good! The food was great as a concept but nothing was served hot. I would have loved our food if it wasn't Luke warm. Definitely try the lamb oso bucco!
This place is flat out garbage. The food was overpriced and overcooked. I’d definitely recommend going to another restaurant. It’s a great location. But the lighting makes you feel like your in a bar after it closes with the lights on bright with no ambience. Service seemed inexperienced and the kitchen was way behind for a half empty restaurant. Hence it had open tables everywhere.
