Tokyo Premium Bakery - Denver

As a person traveling more than 20 times after japan, I can confidently say that this bakery is not inferior to any premium bakery I have been in tokio! I am delighted that we get this opportunity to try such authentic and qualitatiw high quality Asian brote from template (shokunin). their mixed berries are unbeatable. would recommend to everyone!

Tok-YO offers some fantastic baked goods at affordable prices. I arrived late on a Saturday and thought I might only get the leftovers. Instead, I ended up trying the curry bun (which was delicious), the peach pastry (absolutely amazing), and the speck and egg dish (I heard it was brilliant since I didn't get to taste it myself). I can't wait to go back!

I stopped by this morning and tried the baguette and sliced bread. They were incredibly light and fresh!

Regarding the peach tart: this was my favorite of everything I tried! They use baguette dough for all their tarts and pastries. I thought the peach complemented the light pumpkin and baked meat beautifully. It was warm since I arrived so early, though I'm not sure if that's always the case. It was very good, and as someone else mentioned, it tasted like the Japanese curry brands you find in grocery stores. The "Sunrise" pastry reminded me of a soborobrot but with a lemon flavor I had never experienced before. The matcha cream pastry was self-explanatory. The Earl Grey croissant had a firm outer layer and softer crumbs inside. It wasn't exactly what I expected, but I enjoyed the aroma. The croissant was a bit too dry and flaky for my taste, but I’d be willing to try it again to see if I like it better another time. As for the hojicha latte, it was a little too sweet for my liking, but I enjoyed the flavor. I asked for more hot water to dilute it.

Popped in on a whim right after the random snow in May and the whole street was without power. They stayed open and rolled with it and were in great spirits.I had the red bean donut and WOW it was amazing! Lightly sugared and plenty of filling. The iced matcha latte was really good too. Nice atmosphere and really good prices!Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the beautiful neighborhood.
