We had an amazing time at this special event. Jen is incredible and knows some really special wine producers. Our tasting of Il Barro wines and meeting Salvatore Ferragamo was so awesome. The wines were sublime and the food bites that were paired with them were so delicious. And, Francesco is such a good representative for the wines. We will definitely go to Il Barro in Tuscany sometime in the near future. Grazie Mille for inviting us to this special event.

We were able to get seated, two of us, without reservations but that was honestly an oversight on my part. You’ll definitely want to make reservations at least for Friday night it seems.Our evening start as “a quick glass of wine for your birthday?” and evolved in a flight of the Pinot for each of us, an incredible charcuterie board (including some options for dietary restrictions) and then a full glass from the flight. Neither of us are overly sophisticated when it comes to wine, but the host made us feel completely at ease and incredibly comfortable. Given the opportunity I’m pretty certain we’ll return, it was that enjoyable.
