El Mejicano Tex-mex Grill - Denville

This is the third time I've ordered from them, and the food is always piping hot and properly packaged. It's also incredibly delicious. The tacos with ground beef are great, and they don’t add hot sauce unless you request it, which made it perfect for my baby. If I could give a 20 out of 10, I definitely would!

The food was excellent! My only issue is that you can't order a regular burrito through DoorDash (unless I've overlooked something). It seems like you can only choose between chimichanga style or no tortilla at all. I personally enjoy them fried, but my husband doesn't. Nonetheless, this restaurant consistently delivers great food, and the prices are very fair.

I have to give this restaurant four stars because the food is fantastic! They serve the best tortilla soup I’ve ever had, and their enchiladas are great too. Even their tortilla chips were unexpectedly delicious. I did experience a few mix-ups with my order, but I understand that many restaurants are short-staffed these days. Initially, I received the wrong sauce on my enchiladas, but they resolved it quickly. The second time, I got chicken enchiladas instead of the ground beef I had ordered, but they were still really tasty. I have to commend the staff for being very accommodating; they took 20% off our bill, which was a nice touch. It's a charming little place, and we will definitely return!
