The staff is very friendly, and they always confirm each item when I place phone orders. However, the person assembling the orders seems to consistently make mistakes. I've ordered chicken noodle soup and received potato soup instead. I requested chips but got fries, and when I asked for a wrap, I received a sandwich instead. Despite these mix-ups, the food is really delicious! Their menu, including the signature sandwiches and wraps, is delightful, and the homemade chips are fantastic! The prices are reasonable too, and I always leave feeling satisfied. If it weren't for the frequent order errors, I would definitely give a 5-star rating.

The only drawbacks were the strong smell of grease inside the restaurant—our clothes still smelled after we left—and the bathroom situation. The window in the bathroom opened onto a porch where people could see in, and there was no way to close the shade. Plus, the toilet faced the window, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We run a business just down the street from this restaurant, and we've never had a bad meal here. The sandwiches are so big that you'll often find yourself saving half for later, only to end up eating the second half you intended to save right away!

Sheimers is so good and our new go to deli! We just moved within 5 minutes of this place and have already been twice for lunch. Have tried a few of the paninis and wraps, all were very fresh and delicious. The homemade chips are a must. Look forward to trying their breakfast and having Sheimers be a regular on the lunch rotation!
