Excellent meat dishes, we ask for a trilogy of entrance jets accompanied by a Manhattan and a great Moscow Mule. In the background a 16-month cured meat cut that is incredible with a bottle of Aranjuez Tannat wine Bolivian unbelievable and to close a Creme Brulle of incredible red fruits and none of this experience would have been better without the great service of Victor our gastronomic adviser.
