Salvatore's Italian Gardens Restaurant

The restaurant provides excellent and attentive service, with courteous and friendly staff. The atmosphere is lovely and pleasant.

My family, consisting of 6 adults and our 20-month-old granddaughter, attended the Brunch with Santa at Salvatore's on December 5th at 12:45. We enjoyed a nice brunch and admired the decorations. We observed other families eagerly waiting for their turn to see Santa. After brunch, we went to the Santa area around 2:30, only to find out that Santa had left at 2pm. We were disappointed that nobody informed us of the time limit, as we would have made sure to visit Santa earlier. I called Salvatore's to address the issue but was told the manager was too busy to speak with me and would call back - which never happened despite multiple follow-up calls. The lack of communication and customer service was disappointing, especially considering the $400 spent for the brunch that was primarily for our granddaughter to see Santa. It is unfortunate that Salvatore's did not make an effort to rectify the situation, as it left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I will never again participate in the brunch with Santa at this restaurant. The cost is $37 per adult and $20 per child, with a very limited menu for kids consisting of chicken fingers, pizza, and waffles. The previous buffet option was more cost-effective and offered unlimited food. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was subpar, with rock-hard toast and small portions. To make matters worse, Santa had already left by the time we finished our meal. The overall experience was a disappointment, especially considering the high price. I could have enjoyed a much better meal at a local diner for only $10. The absence of Santa completely detracted from the supposed highlight of the outing.

The atmosphere was lovely and all decorated for Christmas. We ordered a smoked Whiskey (tasty and made the room smell wonderfully), logostino cups, Ceasar salad, Vermont salad, Bolognese, and Halibut. My favorite was the halibut. It was mouth watering and perfect! Our server Giovanni was very personable and the right amount of attentive. Salvatore's is expensive but worth treating yourself once in awhile.

Bed Bug Infested especially the Garden Place Hotel. You wouldn't think for such an expensive hotel, watch out people ??. Plus you got prostitution and drug dealers in and out of there, and the hotel doesn't care.
