Feedback gevenI walked in and I am the only customer in the place. One employee behind the counter, I said good morning sir as I walked to the counter, we didn't smile or say anything back to me as I stood there looking over the menu on the wall. I ordered the 6 inch sub and he put it together really fast I liked that part. Quick service) .got to the register to pay. The total was $10.12 .I paid debt so the card reader asked how much tip, I selected no tip,but I put $5.00in the tip jar,then I smiled at him and said thank you sir. And still not even a smile or a return comment from him. I think that if you work in customer service then you should be a little courteous to them. And drop your attitude problem..
First I went in to get my family some sandwiches. I had to tell the girl 4 times what I wanted bc she couldn’t hear me over her friends toddler screaming and her other friends talking loudly. She was more focused on them than fixing my food. She then poured a ton a sauce on my sons pizza sub. I asked her to scrap some off but she insisted on fixing a new one which was fine and she said she would eat that one herself for lunch. We got home to eat and my son said it was still too much sauce and was soggy and hard on the end after being toasted. I also got two 6” rotisserie subs and she put a pile of shredded cheese on it so big that my veggies and sauce fell out of my sandwich making it soggy when I got home. My other rotisserie had the veggies falling out and soggy as well even after being toasted.
The service and meal was good. Fresh ingredients and bread. Employees were helpful and curious.
Two guys that were on shift were very pleasant to talk with while making my sandwich. Everything was perfect and the store was very clean highly recommend Dequincy Subway
