Bbq Express - Derby

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with a zero hygiene rating. When I found out about the rating, I asked the guy to cancel my order. The man and his staff became aggressive and demanded that I pay for the half-cooked food that I did not want. They even threatened to hold my friend hostage until I returned with cash, as they did not accept card payments due to scams and fraud. It was a scary and disturbing experience, and I felt like I was being forced into a situation where I had to fight them. Despite this, I managed to keep my cool and walk away. The actions of the staff and manager were unacceptable, and I believe that they will receive bad karma for their behavior. It is definitely the worst dining experience I have ever had.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Our order was delivered late, and the chicken was undercooked with blood still oozing out, despite our request for dry and properly cooked chicken. The salad was also discolored. When we reached out to Just Eat for a refund, the owner refused, claiming that we did not contact the restaurant immediately, even though I have photographic evidence to prove otherwise. I would strongly advise avoiding this place unless you want to risk getting food poisoning.

Visited with kids and husband on Saturday as always happy with the service kids love the food there definitely recommend to people who are visiting derby.

Very bad customer service, delivered half a naan, and sent wrong food even after agreed to send wings instead of chicken shawrma still sent the chicken shawrama when called to complaint about it met with nasty person who was not willing accept their mistake instead...called me liar and stated what kind of customer are you? when they should be asking themselves what kind of takeaway business are they? the one do not care about their customers, just care about the money money money, big scam, stay well away. No manners on how to speak to customers, no apology. Manager said we do not need customers like you. Well no one needs to order from a takeaway like this, absolutely terrible customer experience. I will never order from them again ever!!!!!!

Ordered wings times from bbq express and every time you get one less per potion you order never one more! so it must be deliberate. when ever i have ordered potions, they always send one or two short . sometimes salad is...missing. sometimes the fries are missing they will bring if you alert them but by the time they do you will have finished all the other food. apart from that the food and prices are reasonable. food tastes nice.
