Mcdonalds - Derby

Do not go here! This branch is the worst. They always mess up our order. The staff is unhelpful and incompetent, and the food, especially the fries, are always terrible. Even though I live only 5 minutes away, I will never come back here. I would rather drive miles to the next location than eat here again.

Drive through for a late night hot chocolate- tasteless , awful , couldn’t drink it .How on earth can they not make a hot chocolate?

Awful. Long, long wait. Kitchen filthy. Food all over the floor. Very unorganised. Ran out of lots of the correct packaging. Burgers backing up due to slow service, all falling out of boxes. Staff in the kitchen swearing audibly (with young children in hearing range). I would recommend you avoid. I will be.

Doesn’t deserve a single star. Food was cold and fries were probably yesterday’s. Coffee was watery and weak. Isn’t junk food meant to be a guilty pleasure?
