Arby's - Derby

The Manger Bob likes to degrade teenage girls and make them cry,because they gave two weeks notice to leave for a better job. He plays workers against eachother and play favorites.

The food was good. The issue I had was actually with the website. When I put in an online order, it displayed products that were no longer available, one of which I ordered. The restaurant called me and didn't have an easy way to refund the money I'd already paid. There's a special phone number you have to call... red tape, which is a corporate problem, not a location problem. The manager was very helpful and replaced the SANDWICH I ordered with a MEAL of my choice. I would recommend the Derby Arby's based on the food and excellent service, but would only order in person so that you don't run the risk of paying for something the location cannot provide.

My grandson told me that Arby's had sliders. I was convinced that he must have confused this with another restaurant... Lo and behold! Arby's has sliders and it's the perfect size for little ones.And I can confirm they are ? tasty!

Food was cold and they forgot some of it and my cheddar bites were dumped over all over in the bag.
