Stopped in for lunch mid-week whilst exploring locally on a mid-week break. Lovely old pub with quite a varied menu and a specials board, which we ordered from. Food was freshly made and tasty. Lovely friendly hotel on good location. Staff were really helpful and accommodating at last minute short notice change we had to make and made what could have been something stressful really easy. The breakfast was plentiful, the accommodation clean and comfortable. Didn’t have evening meal there but menu looked good and if anything like the breakfast would have been perfectly done.
