The service is disappointing, but the food is quite good. I've learned that it's best to order takeout. Once, I specifically requested my sandwich to be plain, with just meat and cheese, but they added mayo and mustard anyway. When I refused to pay for it, they got upset and insisted that a plain sandwich includes condiments.

During my last visit, the cashier (possibly the owner) snapped at her employees in front of customers because I asked about the price of a combo that wasn't listed anywhere. She claimed it was on the menu, but it wasn’t. When I questioned the price of my meal at the register—since it varies each time—she refused to look at me and argued instead of providing clarification. I merely asked why it was a few dollars more than what the waitress had quoted, but she curtly insisted that the price was on the menu, which it wasn’t for combos. They even charge an extra 50 cents for everything, including water! I can’t believe that a small grilled cheese and a small cup of soup with water ended up costing $12. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

My wife is a big fan of this restaurant. The food is homemade and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it a great spot to take a friend. Food rating: 5/5.

This is a fantastic spot for lunch! They serve the best sandwiches and soups in the area. I also love that they offer fresh cookies and chocolate-covered pecans.

The food was superb, and the portions were quite substantial. The restaurant had a delightful, cozy ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!
