Pathetic Service and won’t recommend this... avoid this Nando’s... Staff is to rude...

Ordered a full chicken with two sides. One half chicken plate came with a hair on it! Disgusting. I’m just wondering why they not wearing a hair net. When I saw it just walked to them a showed the plate to them. One of rude worker just came to us and she said she was pretty sure it wasn’t there before. I have a black short hair and the hair was on the plate was a coloured one. Never ever will be there. At least they have to accept the mistake. Pathetic! The worst Nando’s ever!

Had a free voucher of 1/4 chicken meal when purchased 1/4 chicken meal.Basically buy one get one free which was good deal. Went for a takeaway order at Nandos Derrimut Village,Deer Park Vic. First of all took so long to order as all the staffs were busy in the kitchen. I order 2 different sides colesaw and chips .Wait time was 10 minutes.Came back after 10 minutes to pick up the order -Not ready yet. Waited another 5 minutes and had to ask at counter if the order is ready.Then got told that they don’t have colesaw and asked me if I would like something else. What a good monitoring of stock? And telling customer that product is not available when is is time to pick up. Staff even didn’t bother to tell me it is not available when I was standing in the store and waiting for order. Is not your store responsibility to check stock? Staff then told me I have to wait another 10 minutes if i want Colesaw as they have to go Coles and get it. I could wait another 10 minutes and got green salad instead. Came home and found out that 1/4 quarter of 2 difference size.They are giving a small size chicken for free and not notifying customers or not in their T&C which is misleading the customers. Poor customer service.

Feels like Nando's chicken is not as good as what it use to be!

The place is very busy and popular. The incompetent owner still thinks it’s a good Idea to employ minimum staff. Waited 1 hour for the order. I guess saving money is more important.
