Clam Haven - Derry

I just spent $35 on the worst meal I've ever had. The coleslaw was terrible, and the clams were absolutely inedible. They were extremely dry (definitely overcooked), tasteless, and difficult to chew. What a letdown! I drove over a thousand miles, eagerly anticipating some delicious fried clams since I can't find them where I live. I won’t be returning. The onion rings were a bit greasy, and since I declined the French fries, I can't comment on them. Thanks for nothing. Now I understand why there are never any cars in the parking lot when I pass by.

I was charged $42 for clams, and as soon as I heard the price, I asked to change my order. However, they told me that all sales are final. Aside from the price and poor service, the clams didn’t taste good either. This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Fantastic lobster rolls! Most of my family ordered them, and they were piled high with lobster, making the price worth it. My brother had the cowboy burger and really enjoyed it too. We treated ourselves to ice cream afterward, which was delicious. There weren't many flavor options, and it took a bit of time to be served, but once we got our ice cream, we were all very satisfied. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Par for the course as far as roadside seafood goes in (inland) southern New Hampshire. I'm told it was excellent back in the day with a previous owner. The fish and chips were nowhere near what my family considers proper. The onion rings were rough. The lobster roll was average (maybe slightly below average). Overall, not worth the time and money, but if you're looking for a fix in a pinch, it'll do.

Have been going here since I was little. I understand the market price and the amount of scallops and shrimp was fair but when I say the fries and onion rings aren’t edible at all…. Feel kinda ripped off from the price I paid for a full meal and couldn’t stomach half of it. You guys could do better in my opinion and if I didn’t live 45 mins away I would have came back for a refund
