Dunkin' - Derry

If you order a coffee late morning/early afternoon, there is a good chance they'll serve you decaf instead of doing their job and making a new pot of regular. I ordered a REGULAR coffee a bit after 12 and watched as the gentlemen filled my cup with 100% decaf.Seriously, how hard is it to put a new filter in and press a button?

I give these kids working here credit i see a lot of new faces here as i come here every day and people complaining about slow service? ,i have never waited so long on my order from workers?? as i do for all you who decide too order 5 sandwiches an 5 coffees through a DRIVE THRU. So stop complaining ab out the workers when its you guys!! An only thing i see is this person who suppose to be the manager?? standing in corner of store treating her workers like **** an rushing them to hurry up! How about you lend a hand instead of doing NOTHING?? An start being a manager instead of a drill sargeant !Give respect to your workers atleast they come in everyday unlike a lot of place an customers as well should be respectful to those who are trying..5 STARS GO TO THE WORKERS AN 1 STAR FOR MANAGEMENT!

Got a mouthful of grounds and ended up running to the sink and getting sick. bottom of the cup was FULL of grounds. plus the wait was ridiculously long and my coffee wasn't even ready by the time I got to the window and had to wait at least another 5 minutes. Don't say you couldn't see all those grounds being poured into the cup when you made it

A very friendly environment, the staff are really nice even if they just had a lot of people rushing to get in and get out.They usually always have my donut that I always get and my boyfriend says they make his coffee really good as well. Don't really have any complaints to be honest.Parking: This Dunkin Donuts shares a parking lot with speedway, a gas station that's connected to Dunkin Donuts.They usually are not to bad for parking just depends on how busy they both get.

At drive up window I witnessed 3 workers standing around with folded arms instead of helping the only cook struggling to keep up with drive-through and in-store food orders. Unbelievable. On top of that, they got my order
