Chipotle Mexican Grill - Des Moines

We ordered 6 meals. Some burritos were so tiny compared to normal and people went hungry. Nothing tasted fresh. My 7 year olds quesadilla was so spicy she couldn?t eat it and was given a rotten orange as her ?side of fruit?. This is unacceptable and couldn?t believe someone would serve this.

We put our order in about a hour before close and id like to commend the employees working. My order was one of six to come in on top of them having lack of inventory which I can only imagine to be a additional nightmare of its own. They talked and worked over any details of the order needing covered and still showed a kind and caring attitude after what I can only imagine to be a rough day. All this and they still made me some of the best chipotle I've ever had, and I will definitely make sure to return in the future! :

This is the worst chipotle. Ordered a veggie bowl online to pick up for lunch. Thankfully I checked it before leaving and realized they didn?t give me fajita veggies, lettuce or guac (all that were supposed to be in my order . It was simply rice, cheese and corn salsa LOL. Turns out they were out of fajita veggies and were not going to make more?. It wasn?t even noon. This isn?t the first time I?ve been there where they have had no ?main ingredients? (chicken, steak, veggies, etc. and weren?t planning on cooking more. Not sure why I gave them a second chance but I will never be back here again. If you do decide to go here I highly recommend not ordering online if you do order online definitely check your food before leaving so you won?t be so disappointed when you get home.

Food was good, but the tables needed to be wiped. I was there around 4:30 pm and I was one of two customers. The place needed to be cleaned up, swept, wiped down, etc. Also, I was waiting behind the glass, but I was not acknowledged for several minutes while one was cooking the meat, and another was filling out an online order. Just a l 'll be with you in a moment would have been nice.

We ordered online and ate outside when we picked it up. They were so busy but the staff was on point! These people need to be paid more! The work was literally non-stop the moment we arrived. Whoever owns this location should be proud and hire more help. Food was delicious and made just the way we requested! I am impressed, to be honest! I DO NOT DO FAST FOOD! But, I would come back here!
