I went about 10:30 on a Friday and they had no vegan options left. I'm so flexible, so I tried a normal cupcake. I had the vanilla it was really stale and the frosting was really granular. I didn't like it and for the $3 price it seems kind of ridiculous.
There are a few places in the dsm metro that sell vegan cupcakes, but creams are by far the best. they cost more than the others, but according to my opinion, it is worth the cost. I can't say they're vegan and they're light and fluffy. my favorite is when they filled in them like the chocolate raspberry. they also sell quickly! they also have a vegan cookie, but the cupcake is superior.
Cream has always a vegan taste on the menu, but it is in the regular her run of the mill chocolate or vanilla cake. every time I had one there, it's well done and delicious, but I'm doing branching with them and trying some new ones. once there was a non-copper vegan dessert on the menu I am sad to have missed.
The restaurant always offers delicious cupcake flavors, with occasional treats like lemon bars and cookies. They have a small variety of cocktails and hot drinks, but that's not the main attraction.
