Mcdonald's - Des Moines

I took my son out for breakfast at a kiosk where we ordered and paid because no one came to the counter to help us. We waited for 25 minutes but our food never arrived. When we went to ask about it, there were many people waiting at the counter who had also not received their orders, and no one came out to acknowledge us. Eventually, we got some of our food but my coffee never arrived. This was not the first time I had a bad experience at this McDonald's. I thought it was a fluke, so I decided to give them another chance. However, it was a big mistake.

Mcdonald’s ever wasting her time to this mcdonald’s waste of time money food quality was not that good underoccupied got my order wrong simply did not waste her time there is a reason why this is being checked on 3.2 I give it that there is even that that

This place is by far worst McDonald’s I ever been to. They always missing your foods on purpose and got the attitude to not give you the right food when you ask them. Not once but many times! Don’t ever go to this place!

We sat at the drive threw for 20 mins. Nobody would respond to assumed it was broken. Finally pulled up to window one and girl says “we are too busy to take your order.” There were 2 cars in the line being taken care of and lobby was closed. These people should be fired immediately for their behavior we were just trying to do our job for door dash to drop off food and they refused to give it to us. People were stuck in the line confused and people were getting out of their car screaming at the box. It’s not funny at all. They had two cars that they assisted and claimed to be too busy to take anyone’s order or speak to them at all.

For what McDonald's is I had a Big mac and it was made right and delicious, but customer service was a little under par and they did not know what they were doing
