Snow Factory - Des Peres

When we approached the register the man working just sat there on his phone as if we weren’t there, I waited a few minutes and he still didn’t take our order so I just started stating it. The ice cream was ok but I had ordered a boba tea and he had spilled syrup all down the outside of the cup, I hadn’t noticed when I went to get the cup from him and he didn’t say anything as well, when I set the cup down at my table and saw that I now had syrup all over I looked back up at him and saw him just wipe off his hands and get back to being on his phone.

My son says the rolled ice cream is 5 stars. The bubble tea was just ok, I've had better. The lady who took our order was friendly as was the guy who made the ice cream. It is in a mall food court so it was loud, but thankfully a table was open.

Girl working could not understand me at all, had to repeat my order about 10 times before she could get it. then she went and threw milk into a cup with flavourless pearls on the bottom. didn’t even shake it up with the machine

The ice cream is really delicious and the dragon breath balls are a great experience for children! the only sad thing is that the 3 employees are very angry all the time and the cashier has a scowl face! I don't feel like asking for more details about what they offer because the cashier scares me.

Girl running the register couldn't get off her phone long enough to accurately take my order, then had a whole attitude about it.
