Worst Dunkin ever ! Been here multiple times and had a bad experience every time ! Workers are creepy and I don?t recommend coming here !

I ordered a large pumpkin spice signature latte, but when I received it, it wasn't even full.

Neither of the Dunkin' Donuts locations seem to be willing to give customers honey for their tea, even if you offer to pay extra for it. This is consistently an issue.

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I’ve ever been to! The coffee is incredibly fresh, which is a huge plus. While the donuts might not be as fresh, the coffee truly makes up for it. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and incredibly kind. This is my favorite Dunkin'!

The staff here is very quick and friendly. My only complaint is regarding the drive-thru experience. They sometimes ask customers to pull up and wait, or to circle back for a parking spot while waiting for their orders to be brought out. This creates a bit of an inconvenience, especially since the drive-thru area can get congested. When they're asked to pull forward, it can block others behind them who can't leave until they've received their orders. This often leads to frustrated drivers honking their horns. It would be more efficient if they just waited a few moments at the window instead of trying to expedite the process this way. Overall, I think they could improve this aspect of their service.
