Subway - Des Plaines

The staff treated the Hispanic employee very rudely and even told me to be quiet while waving their hand in my face. It doesn't matter what the situation is or who the people involved are; that's just unacceptable behavior. I decided to leave with my family because I refuse to be treated this way. From the beginning, the service has been poor, and I can't understand how they can operate like that. I wouldn't give this place any rating—definitely 0 out of 10.

It states that they are open from 8 AM to 10 PM Monday through Friday, but I arrived at 9 PM and they were already closed.

They closed an hour earlier than the advertised time without any explanation. It doesn't make any sense.

One of the only local subways that is still open in the last 20 o'clock!

Went into store with a coupon for 2 footlongs for $12.99, I was told rather bluntly, we don 't take coupons, it 's posted in the front of and the back of store . Why do we get Subway coupons in the mail and can 't use them? Maybe we should stop supporting Subways and go to Jimmy Johns, Hmmmm.
