Via Bella - Des Plaines

We came here while attending a wedding near by. My sons wanted pizza. Being based in New York we are spoiled with high quality pizza. We were very impressed! Thin crust excellent sweet tomato sauce, succulent pepperoni and juicy sausage. The staff were first rate. The setting is simple but clean and does the job. We will be coming back for sure!

The staff is very friendly. You feel at home. Small family business. I ordered the Chicken Via Bella. It was delicious. The price is very reasonable. My husband and I have ordered their thin crust pizza and he loves it! He is picky with pizza. Good food for a decent price.

I've been here several times since moving down the street in May. The first time, I walked in after moving in to buy my friends pizza for helping. That pizza was phenomenal. They wanted buffalo chicken and they were not disappointed. The ladies made us fried dough with powdered sugar and welcomed me to the neighborhood! I've ordered from here maybe a handful of times now and I've always been very satisfied. I've always has something different (pizza, couple different pastas, and a couple sandwiches), and it has all been delicious. I was hesitant to rate 5 stars because of the weird hours (because it is family operated), but the food is amazing and so are the people that run it!

Ordered here while in town for a convention. The food was good. The service was prompt. They brought the pizza up to our room while most other places had us meet the delivery guy in the lobby. But what made this place truly great was the customer service and the kindness of our delivery person. We ordered from here the next night also again the food was brought to our room once more by the same delivery person who remembered us and was so nice he even brought us a dessert and thanked us using their services again. We will definitely use this restaurant every time we are in town!!!

I had never eaten at Via Bella and a friend recommended them for a last minute catering order for my daughter's wedding on Saturday. The food was excellent! Everyone at the wedding was raving abougt the food and wanted to know where it was from. The Italian beef was great and the chicken vesuvio was excellent. Came with a beautiful garden salad, garlic bread, great pizza and mostacolli. You can't beat the price. Can't wait to use them for the baby shower I'm hosting in a few weeks!
