Little Caesars Pizza

When I arrived, my pizza was ready, but the breadsticks weren't. After a 15-minute wait, the breadsticks were finally ready, but my pizza had been sitting out the whole time and was cold. When I mentioned this, the staff said there was nothing they could do.

One of the employees I believe his name was Gael or something similar to that was so kind hearted he was so apologetic towards the 5 minute delay on my order he was a handsome young man and my overall experience was 5 stars if there was 10 stars i would give that young gentleman a 10

Placed order online, was notified order was ready and went to the store to pick up order. Order was not ready, had to wait 10 minutes for the order to be Ready . I ordered wings that were at room temperature and even refrigerator cold in one corner of the container, ordered a plain cheese pizza and it was also room temperature. Also ordered a supreme deep dish pizza that was moderately warm. Had to put all items in the oven when I got home to heat them up before eating them. The kitchen was a total train wreck and very unorganized.

The pizza made today tasted disgusting usually Little Caesars taste really good but today was not good and the reason why is because they hardly had any marinara sauce on the pizza ?? they never answered the phone as well ?????

This restaurant is often misunderstood, and it tends to have long wait times, frequently exceeding an hour. Even when you choose to pick up your order at the doorstep, you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes. It feels like they prioritize maximizing profits rather than providing a timely service.
