Bonefish Grill Destin

Service was great. The food was not. The salad was soaked in dressing and was soggy from being premade and refrigerated. The edges of the bowl were sweaty from it being in the fridge. The mahi was over cooked and dry. The broccoli was over cooked and mushy. The bang bang shrimp and pomegranate martini was the only thing that stood out food wise. We’ve been to Bonefishes all over the country and can honestly say this location was the most run down. For the price we expected to more. Too many options in the area to return anytime soon if ever.

Came in Sunday afternoon with my dad, everyone from the host to runner our server were very friendly and attentive. Our server Ryan was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu and made suggestions that turned out wonderful. I usually get the lily’s chicken. However I switched up to the chimicuri(forgive my spelling) steak offering based on Ryan’s recommendation. It was great!

The positive was the food was good but it was extremely hot in the restaurant it was hard to enjoy it. The service was very slow and the waitress was very quiet we had a hard time communicating with her. The place had a nice lighting for dinner.Food: 5/5

I just can’t come back here for the bang bang shrimp… we almost always have an issue here. This time the fish was badly undercooked. The sides were just average and it took forever to come out at a very slow period for them. The bang bang shrimp is great but the other food is lacking. I had to get another meal… burger was good though so 2 stars it is! I can’t go back.

I was traveling with my family and my sister in law 's family. We went to this Bonefish Grill because most of us wanted seafood, but my nieces do not eat seafood and we wanted a place that had options for them as well. While everything was delicious, the service was very disjointed and uneven. One person took our drinks order and then three other people brought them. Some drinks came very quickly and some took forever. It seemed to be dependent on where in the restaurant the drinks were coming from. The bar was by far the slowest, but even soft drinks came more quickly than water. Our food came in waves, but was missing different sides or had the wrong sides entirely. The only thing that didn 't taste great was the crab cake that my son had as a side. It was almost watery . It was very strange. Overall, I would have gone elsewhere, despite everything being tasty when it finally came.
