Chick-fil-a - Destin

As always, you can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I ordered a custom sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese and extra pickles, but it seems fate had other plans, and I ended up with a regular sandwich. I mentioned the mix-up in jest, and they quickly handed me a fresh, hot sandwich right away! I've never had a bad experience!

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. However, during my visit to the location in Destin, FL today, the woman at the drive-thru made an error with my order. They were nice enough to offer me two free meal vouchers as compensation. Overall, I still really appreciate the great food and service they provide.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! The staff was exceptionally kind, which is something I've noticed at many Chick-fil-A locations. However, the two ladies who took my order and handed me my receipt really went above and beyond to create a personal connection with me. I left feeling extremely satisfied! The fries were hot and fresh—absolutely delicious!

We came to Destin for vacation, came to eat here twice and ordered a lot of food both times. Ellie served us both times and got our orders perfect! She was extremely welcoming, remembered us, and was super engaging! She made our visits very enjoyable.Recommend 10/10

This Chick-fil-A location is fantastic! Emma and Erin, along with the rest of the team, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to treat us with kindness, which was truly appreciated. Even though we were out of town and held up the line by taking our time with several orders, they remained patient and friendly throughout the entire process. Their excellent customer service made a great impression on us. We're incredibly grateful for the experience. Thank you!
