Mrs. Fields - Destin

The woman who helped us was completely disastrous and unprofessional. replied to answer our questions and to roll their eyes when we asked them to answer our question.

I was looking to buy cookies for my family, but the sign said they would return at 2:30. It was only 11 o'clock, and I wondered what I could do for so long.

On vacation in Destin with my boyfriend and we were craving some dessert and stopped in. The two gals working greeted us with a smile! They were very personable and pleasant and these days good customer service is not found easily. Moving on to the cookies..... YUM!!! We got 6 cookies and a slice of cookie cake! The cookie cake slice the one girl decorated for me with waves and a beach scene and it tasted so good! I Will be stopping in every time I’m in Destin!

This place is top notch cookies!!! Careful though, those milk chocolate ones are sooo not to be eaten without milk!!!

We ended up at this restaurant because our favorite spot was closed. This is likely why the cookies we purchased tasted stale and we ended up throwing them away after just one bite. This experience may not reflect their usual quality, but it was disappointing.
