The Yard Milkshake - Destin

Really enjoyed, the cashier was the only person there she handled the crowd well, very well mannered, and caring. Cheese cake was so delicious!! 10/10

My daughter has been sending me Tik Toks for months anticipating going here when we got to Destin. The employees were extremely rude, there was a couple of kids vaping in the back corner, every table was so dirty, they were SO SLOW it wasn’t busy at all and two employees watched one work, all the while only talking amongst themselves, we only got 4 things and by the time the 4th person got their bowl of cookie dough(so no prep needed! the first person was about done! This was seriously disappointing! Two of the employees were very rude to the group of three there before us because they gave her the wrong ice cream! She even offered to “just eat it” because of the hassle they gave her over their mistake! I was very uncomfortable watching them, second hand embarrassment was strong! They were beyond irritated when asked to repeat the numbers they were calling out because they were too bothered to say it clearly. No hello and no goodbye, no greeting when ordering, just “whose next?” Truly shocked because for months I’ve been sent such fun videos!

It's definitely something to try if you're into a big showy ice cream. You absolutely pay for the showy part. I paid around 50 bucks for 3 ice creams. At the time I went, the place was having ac issues, so it was extremely hot in there, and the ice cream was melting too fast. Would recommend at least once.

Oh my goodness! These decadent, enormous dishes are perfect for sharing with the whole family. The ingredients and creations are truly amazing. They also offer delicious edible cookie dough for sale.

The ice cream tasted good, but the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed to treat customers as if they despised their job. I will not be returning to this establishment, especially since my order took forever to be prepared. I had ordered a Dr. Pepper Float for $19, only to be told 15 minutes later that they did not have the ice cream for it. Eventually, they miraculously "found" it. Additionally, the tables and floor were dirty, and it was evident that they were short-staffed. Furthermore, the prices were unreasonably high.
