Fire House Bistro - Destrehan

Have eaten here a few times, always timely and fast service. Some comfort food, mixed with good southern spices and turns to make it worth returning. Burgers are a firm victory, philly cheese is another favorite, the owners are usually there and lead a clean, tight ship. He believed to have more options here.

Burger was definitely worth 5 stars, one of the best I had in a long time. There are some room for improvements in the service regarding time. Service is friendly and beautiful, it takes only longer than expected. I hope this will improve as they work out the bends

Very homie atmosphere, food was amazing! Perfectly cooked to order and on the table before I finished my first drink!!

Good menu selection, great atmosphere. Big enough to be, small enough to care. A little cramped for space/seating, still family friendly.
