Captain Jay's Fish Chicken - Detroit

Called to place my order o er the phone and the young lady was very rude talking in the background and when I gave my name the last she was talking to in the background said what she say like I was lying about my name. Everyone that works in these captain jays are very damn rude. Hate this places.

The food was good, we had fish bowl. It wasn't burnt and they didn't over Lemon pepper.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Ordered on the website at 9:20. My husband goes to pick up the food when we received a text saying it was ready to be picked up. He gets there and is told they are closed and they don't have my order. They close at 10pm this was before then. Then they tell me to go back to the website to get my$ back but the site directs me to call the store. Nobody at the store knows how I can get $70+ back. This location is the absolute worse. Then had the nerve to tell me they can make my order and I can come pick it up. I clearly don't need it anymore I'm no longer having a party.

Chicken was cooked to perfection hot and delicious fries were cooked just how I like them and cashier was pretty and

Waited 15 minutes inside no one took my order or acknowledge I was there. All women staff no hair nets or gloves. Called while in the lobby advised I’ll be taken care of but nobody came to the front at least 6 females working at the time.
