Definitely going to make this place one of my regulars. The food is a prepared with qualuty fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu. Didn't think I'd ever be thankful for traffic on 275, wouldn't have found this little gem if not.

If you are out for drinks or some really good Mexican food, I highly recommend Cosmic Burrito! The owner and bar tender are really friendly and the food is high quality. They also have a really great tequila-coffee drink. I don't remember what it is called but I'm sure they'll steer in you the right direction if you ask.

I love a good dive bar and this completely fits the bill. Long Narrow room, a bar on one side, tables on the other side. Not that this place is a dump or anything, it is clean, just not too fancy. My girlfriend and I came to see another friends band, Get In the Car, on a Tuesday night. We had some food, some drinks and listen to some live tunes. The staff was super nice, albeit a little awkward. Everyone introduced themselves, asked me my name and then referred to me by name the rest of the night. Being a burrito tequila bar, I ordered a margarita, on the rocks, with salt. I was asked what kind and I asked what my choices were. She (I can't remember her name) ran down the list ending with lime. Lime? I mean it sounded like the closest thing to a classic margarita so that is what I got. It was not great. Too sweet. I didn't feel inspired to try any other flavors. I ordered a Tito's and tonic with lime. She walked away and came back to ask me what I wanted with my Tito's and lime... Okay... this drink also kinda sucked. It wasn't fresh lime (this is a tequila bar, there should be fresh lime) and it just wasn't good. Not sure how someone could mess up a vodka tonic, but they did. I had asked about canned Seltzer's and the server had to go check to see what they had. I don't think any of my drink orders were less than a 2 step process. The food was fine. I am not a big fan of smoky chipotle flavors which the burrito had. It was a good portion, just not my favorite flavor. The friend avocado was good and the guacamole was good. Chips were like cheap stadium chips. I think with a few improvements this place has a lot of potential. Better drinks and stronger knowledge of the products would be my first suggestion. I love that the staff tries to make everyone feel comfortable but the lack of knowledge undermines the confidence to make that work. Additionally the over all food quality is good but the cheap chips is a let down. That attention to detail for me is a difference maker. My friend ordered a pop and it came out in a paper cup. We were eating in. Our water came in a plastic cup... why didn't the pop? Just weird stuff and maybe I am nit picking. But the bad drinks to me is unacceptable. I would probably stick to beer in the future but would love to go back because it really has a great dive bar vibe.
