Dakota Inn - Detroit

This restaurant is a fun spot! The live piano adds a great touch (Catie is amazing), the food is delicious, and they have a beautiful selection of beers. The server was very friendly as well!

When I visited detroit recently, I came back here to grow close. ironie. I was in the night when the berliner wall came down in november 89. 5 stars for the ambiente and only the physical authenticity of the place...only a rare sound. I don't even know about such a place in chicago, new york or philly. the menu is outdated and eating is mediocre....that said the people don't really go there.

Great place even better eating the staff is great. we love to go into this hidden gem. love the piano player is a fun time. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great beer, service and eating. all about pleasant experience

I liked it, I've been there before. Traditional American version of German food. It was cooked right and tasted right. My wife and I lived in Germany some years ago and I can honestly say we never had a bad meal anywhere in Germany.The only criticism I have for the Dakota Inn, is it's time to modernize the menu.
