They are absurd. I paid $4 for a water, and they told me I could refill it when I came back. When I returned, the lady instructed me to throw my cup away and then attempted to charge me another $4. Unbelievable. Food: 1/5.

This is a fantastic spot to take the family during the long summer days. I really enjoy the diner atmosphere, and they offer a wide variety of food and desserts at reasonable prices. Food: 4/5.

Not for me anymore... I grew up enjoying the delicious food from this family establishment, but ever since it changed ownership, none of my orders have been correct. The food is dreadful, and I’d rather walk to a coney island. It’s disappointing because they were a staple in the southwest community. Apparently, we don't matter to them anymore, and the service is getting worse while the food quality has plummeted. No thanks, I want Mike back!

Almost 30 and been coming here since I was a kid. Very big restaurant in springwells village. I'll always love this place no matter the prices. Exspeacialy that ice cream.Food: 5/5
