Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Detroit

Unbelievable and the most bad customer service. we have a long line and repeat our 2 meal order four times. we said that the restaurant had disappeared only after checking the bag and providing pommes and kartoffels. I asked mild wings and got spicy, only to realize that when they are home. I tried to call and not answer. I'll go to corporate. we can not only accept bad customer service and wrong orders. the demand reimbursed and with enough people who demand it, it will meet them in their pocket. too often we say nothing and worse service just worse. I guess zero star, but they must have at least one to add an evaluation.

This position closes at 10 o'clock I came at 9 o'clock and the only thing she had was mild bun and kartoffeln. they had no pages or offers or cookies or nuggets. the person on the speaker had zero customer service skills and was extremely ghetto I felt as if I were in a movie how is that really? if I go an hour before closing to another place, they will still make food.

Terrible! Debit/Credit machine down. the workers said that the machines had gone down 4 days. reparaturman stands to not be able to repair machines. the hired were angry. no sign at the door to say only cash. it was 17 o'clock. it was a mess.

The worst I had a trip through. had to repeat the order several times before the girl understood. Once I got into the window, I was told I'd return to the red floor. fortunately, no one was behind me. then I thought, why am I doing this? only to tell of at least two employees, I can't go to the window unless the food is bagged and is a total excitement. What a ghetto facility, they won't care about me to come back. if this is a new policy? where are your signs?

The amount of swear the manager with twists secretes is alarming and I’ I saw him wipe his sweat with his forearm ???? This location is ghetto and will never have you in and out. They aren’t rude but definitely nonchalant and inconsiderate to people’s time, as if 30-40 minutes at Popeyes is acceptable. I will never return to this location
