Starbucks - Detroit

Update: Honest apology, I realized I reviewed wrong location and because I sort of new to this wanted to make this right and just figured out how to come back in an change previous review! This location became new to me when recently and have been nothing short of great customer service and I have actually returned 2 other times since my 1st visit! So I thank my Barista for her great service each time and look forward to coming back. I came in with my grandson, see U soon.Parking: Downtown Detroit main street so bring change for meters!!!

Has to be one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The barista are always nice and polite I don’t even know how they have any bad reviews when they are way better than the other location in the downtown area if I could give them more than 5 stars I would you guys are awesome keep up the good work I’ll be coming back for the awesome service

My husband and I came in today, and listen, I know it’s Sunday, and it was almost close for them, but it was awful. The store was a mess, the windows are super dirty and streaked, ALL the garbages were full to overflowing, and the coffee stand for sugar, napkins, creamers, etc. was nonexistent. And that’s not even the worst of it, I ordered us 2 grande lattes with and extra shot in each, and got drip coffee that was so weak and stale it was worse then terrible. Also- the whip was bad, and had separated, so the entire top of both our..beverages…were COVERED in oil! Eww!! If I could call the corporate office to complain, I would. Something needs to be done there- It’s. A. Mess.?

This is the best Starbucks in the city in the afternoon, Drive thru line is always empty during this period. When I'm in a rush, it's always my go lunch spot.

Horrible customer service. All the ladies have bad attitudes. Need to get new workers
