We called to the restaurant for an event of about thirty people (smuggler service) a quote was approved without any negotiations on our part. One week before the event, the Cheffe/owner calls us to change a dish and reduce the amount of ordered cakes because it had not billed us enough. When we told her that it was not what was agreed in the quote, she told us that we could find someone else at a week of our date. Of course not able to find someone so quickly, we had to accept his modifications. lack of professionalism with respect to an accepted estimate. this experience certainly leaves us unsatisfied! owner's answer: there is no mistake about the establishment, I will never allow myself to leave a notice like this to the wrong person. Also, this bad experience didn't take place in September, I put time to give you a notice for fear of receiving a contradictory answer from you, and I wasn't wrong!
