Old Main Street Café - Devils Lake

Food was amazing. Service wasn't so great. She came and took our order, brought us our food and didn't come check on us until she brought us our check. She checked on other tables around us but not us.

This is the heart of America. I love this place and everything it represents.

I am not one to write a bad review about a place of previous employment. I do understand that I don't need to continue to come here however my family rather enjoys this restaurant very much. I just have to say the service could have been a lot better. Just because one waitress has a problem with a customer all the waitresses have to follow her lead so it tends to lead to poor service. It's not fair that just because one person is disliked that the entire party has to suffer for it. I do understand this. It's just saddening that it has come to this.

I recommend their Mexican skillet their Denver skillet and they have a damn good chicken wild rice soup they also offer great vibes come here when passing thru devil's lake and remember SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUISINESS mama papa appreciate it Ill bet my soul as God as my witness

I love at eating at local cafes and restaurants in lieu of chain restaurants. This was a great spot for an affordable lunch
